Miniature Dachshund Warranties and Agreements

Deposits are not refundable unless there is an issue with the puppy, as outlined in the puppy deposit agreement. This applies to California residents puppy agreement and is also covered under the health warranty for dachshunds.

California residents interested in our puppies must travel to Arkansas in person, as we cannot deliver. Please note that no family members can pick up the puppy on your behalf unless we complete a California residents puppy agreement to change all paperwork to their name. Additionally, no flight nannies are permitted for this process. All sales will be governed by Arkansas law. Before reserving a puppy, a puppy deposit agreement must be signed. An additional sheet outlining governing laws will be signed at the time of pick up, including our health warranty for dachshunds.
